With everyone vaccinated and a some things returning to normal, we were able to resume our tradition of Lab Thanksgiving. Although only half of us were able to get together, we cooked for twice the number of people… and have no regrets!
Highlights include Ross’ famous mashed potatoes, Flora’s delicious green bean casserole, Simona’s spicy cornbread muffins and radiator warmed mulled cider, sweet potatoes with marshmallow made by Lilach… and Jack declaring that he now likes them!
