This semester we had a blast hosting Flora Caldwell for her Honours project working with Beatrice. Flora learned how to clone guide RNAs, performed countless PCRs and midipreps, transfected parasites, and did microscopy! We also enjoyed her enthusiasm when her experiments worked and her great attitude. And congrats to Beatrice on doing a great job mentoring Flora and helping to guide the project đŸ™‚
Congrats are in order to Emma, for winning 1st place in the 3rd year PhD student poster competition. Posters were scored from online presentations, which is no easy feat. Great job Emma!
